Luis Maggioli
General Manager
Luis Maggioli was born in Caracas, Venezuela and worked in restaurants as a General Manager in the Boston area before joining Davio’s as the General Manager of Davio’s Chestnut Hill. Maggioli says the most influential person in his life growing up was his Mother and she inspired him to pursue a career in the restaurant industry, “I have a passion for food and hospitality; I treat our guests like I am having them over my house. They, too, are my guests!”. He says his best skills are “Knowing how to make guests feel welcomed, thinking outside the box, finding solutions and being very organized.”
According to Maggioli, it should always be about the guest because “The success of any restaurant heavily relies on satisfying its guests. When guests feel valued, heard and well taken care of, they are more likely to have a positive experience, return for future visits and recommend the establishment to others. Building customer loyalty is essential for sustained success.”
Maggioli enjoys spending time with his family including his wife, three children and Siberian Husky as well as playing basketball & snowboarding.
