Mike Pothier

Mike Pothier is the Executive Chef at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Foxborough, MA. Pothier’s love of food led him to begin his career in the industry while in high school – and he has been in the kitchen ever since. He says his expertise in the kitchen lies in Davio’s homemade pasta dishes. Outside of work, Pothier enjoys playing golf and working on cars. He currently lives in Attleboro, MA.
