Sarah Roberts

Manager

Sarah Roberts was born and raised in Lakewood, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. She began at a local grocery store before discovering her passion for the restaurant industry. Starting as a hostess in high school, Roberts continued working in restaurants, moving to Las Vegas at the age of 23 where she gained valuable experience working at several renowned restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip.

The most influential person in her life has been her father who taught her the importance of hard work, responsibility and accountability. She credits her strong work ethic to him and strives to uphold those values in her career. Nicknamed “Sassy” by her 7th-grade basketball coach, Roberts embraces her spirited personality which shines through in her leadership style. If she weren’t thriving as a Restaurant Manager, she could see herself pursuing a career in nursing or another role in the medical field.

Roberts firmly believes in the philosophy that it should always be “All About the Guest.” She is dedicated to making each guest feel welcomed and valued, treating them as if they were in her own home. Sarah’s commitment to exceptional hospitality is at the core of her approach, as she recognizes that without the guests, the restaurant would not exist.

Roberts resides in Celina, Texas with her husband and their son, T.J. Outside of her role at Davio’s, she enjoys keeping up with her son’s after-school activities.
